if is pokemon omega ruby or alpha sapphire i know how:go at the cave with a pokemon with full happiness,go inside the cave and walk through the ring.sorry,i don't remember at what time azelf appear.

those 3 turn up at different times of the day in the same mirage spot cave just north of sootopolis city. not sure when exactly for each, just keep going back, perhaps every 2 hours.
