Question

I can't seem to enter New Mauville, the abandoned city near the actual Mauville. I went to the Gym in town, but the leader isn't there anymore, either. I've already finished the Elite Four/Champion and the Delta Episode, and I have a bad feeling I've missed my chance to do New Mauville. Is there still a way to get in?

you have to go to mallvile in the middle of town where the pokemon center is you can talk to watson.
