Impressions

I rate this game 9 out of 10 but they did a few things wrong. There is no character customization, secret bases are kinda small, No megas for Milotic and Flygon, Unable to rematch May/Brendan, Unable to rematch Gymleaders and Archie/Maxie, The dreadful task of unlocking Wally's rematches, Leveling up is a hassle, No Battle Frontier. This is still an amazing game.The graphics and storyline I loved.

    I agree on the rematches, and secret bases. Those were a dissapointment. Those megas... not so much. However, this IS still a remake, they couldn't change TOO much without making it seem like a NEW game. Character customization is a XY feature, to bring it back on this REMAKE would've been wrong.

    XY added that feature to make the players feel like they were ACTUALLY part of the game, it wasn't an option before and that was still ok. So it wouldn't have been necessary to bring it back. Not on a remake. Maybe, when the next game comes out, it'll be back.
