    They almost destroyed(ended) the world. But when Rayquaza calmed them, everything went back to normal. But people still had to regrow the earth the Earth to it's former glory(beginning).

    Groudon on the other hand creates Earth, not particually "essiential" for life and swells with Lava that would cause serious harm to ordinary life. Groudon's design can be considered oppersite to Kyogre's. While Kyogre prefers a more Beautiful and elegant feel.     Yeah. When they fought, people were barely able to survive their fight. So rayquaza had to calm them, or else the human race would have been destroyed. So, the humans had to repopulate earth. l-l The meteorite works as well.

    has A short temper as well (with him always having his mouth open in his Primal designs) and the fact that his battle cry is a deeper tone than Kyogre's, with all this, he could be considered A pokemon representing ending but thats just my take on the whole "Beginning and Ending" thing

    Well in Japanese, Primal Groundon's ability is called "Ending Land" instead of desolate land, a d Primal Kyogre's Ability is called "Beggining Ocean"
