    well its a free app for the 3DS that is for club Nintendo members in north America, because club Nintendo is closing, its a gift to them. In Mexico, I think you must wait until the new Nintendo rewards program comes out to get a free downloadable copy when it is started up.

    sorry, didn't actually explain what is was, Flipnote studio is an animation program similar to drawing in Miiverse, but you can create animations with it with up to six different colors! How I see it, you MUST sign up for the new program for you to get it, so it will be a wile, but to be sure, grab yourself a club Nintendo account and see if you can grab it latter this month if its available...
