Question

Hello everyone , hope after posting this post to have several answer on it , my question is: i'm gonna soon change my 3DS XL to the new 3DS XL but the problem is that i have many downloaded games from eshop wich i have played and completed 100% i'm afraid to lose there save data what are the steps to follow and wich way is best from the 3 ways wirelesly transfering or via pc , thank you ??!!
