    Is Lopunny a Shiny? Oh, and also take note Phione is an unfair offer for a Shiny. It's worth kinda like a simple Pokemon like Kirlia, Jynx, and other Pokemons. You can even ask people what's worth a Phione.

    Well Nature affect their stats examples are Modest which increases Sp.Attack and decreases Attack, Timid increases Speed and decreases Attack. And Pichu is an Event and has unusual moves. And many people thinks shiny for shiny is still fair even Shiny Legend or Ordinary Legends. Unlike Phione is just a Pseudo that is really unfair. I can breed either my Manaphy or Phione to get a simple Phione.
