    Meh... X and Y are nothing to write home about after you overlook the 3D and competitive aspects. I found myself bored with Y, tbh. X and Y are number 4 on my top 6 generations.

    gen 6 may have took a step forward in graphics, it introduced the least amount of pokemon and has to short of a post story, and only 3 legendary pokemon (4 if you count diance), the lowest of all the pokemon games so far

    Easily Gen 4. It had Platinum and Heartgold/Soulsilver. Diamond and Pearl were fine, but Platinum fixed almost everything that those games did wrong. HG/SS are the BEST remakes too. Pokemon Battle Revolution kinda sucked, but the main series games were awesome!

    Also, why does everone hate Gen 4? The only problem I had with Diamond and Pearl was that the HP bar went down too slow, and some move animations took a while, and the menus took long to load, so battles took forever. Platinum did fix this though. Other than that, it's great. Also, please add an Edit button Miiverse! I wanted to add this to my previous comment, but I couldn't.
