What is a good competitive pokemon to train dont just tell me something like "train a gallade its awesome ". I need full details why and how to train it.

    What you want to do, if you're training a Gallade, is try to IV train it in Attack and Speed. Raise its base stats with Super Training as early as possible for best results.

    Metagross. Paired with Ice Punch, it fits nicely in an FWG core. It's quite fast at 110 base speed at Mega Evolution. It has 9 resistances and 4 weaknesses which can sometimes be countered. It's main STABs have 70-90 base power. Clear Body is great for absorbing Intimidate, and Tough Claws boosts moves that work best on it(bar Earthquake). Also, it's a freakin' metal spider.

    One of my favourites is Electivire. While not bulky,it's able to deal serious damage. IV's: all max except Sp.A EV's: Full speed and attack, 4 def. Item: Expert Belt Moves: Cross Chop,Ice Punch,Earthquake and Wild Charge. Try this if you like :) If you land the right moves,Electivire is sure to cause some trouble. GL.

    absol jolly/adamant nature w/absolite evs: 252 attack 252 speed 6 hp sucker punch play rough stone edge swords dance this moveset sweeps almost any pokemon as magic bounce will stop thunder wave and will o wisp from shutting you down and it hits your opponent instead
