To unlock all: Route 134, with Relicanth in front of party and Wailord in back, Dive. Go to a braille inscription, Dive. Go up to the inscription on the wall, Dig. Read the inscription. Earthquakes will trigger. Regirock: Route 111, bottom of the Desert. Read inscription. D-Pad, right 2, down 2, Strength. Go through the hole in the wall. (cont.)

Regice: Route 105, top. Read inscription. Do nothing for two minutes. Go through the hole in the wall. Registeel: Route 120, bottom left. Go to the middle of the room. Fly. Go through the hole in the wall. Regigigas: Nickname Regice. Go back to where you found Regice. Have Regice hold something frozen, like an Icy Rock or NeverMeltIce. Go through the hole in the wall.
