    Modest (or Timid if choice scarf and Quiet if for trick room.) Its viable movepool isnt large so you'll probably end up having some combo of: Blizzard/Ice Beam/Frost Breath Shadow Ball Hidden Power (preferably Ground or Water)/Water Pulse/Signal Beam/Wish 2nd Ice move/Barrier/Mirror Coat/Yawn
