    They are fossils and you need rock smash because they are onky found in rocks. Try looking in some caves but I think I found my fossil in a murage cave so try looking in all the mirage caves,mirage islands, and mirage mountains

    And after you get the fossils take them to Rustboro City then head to the Devon corporation and go the second floor then go to the bottom left corner of the room and there will be scientist there you can talk to and he will take your fossil and bring it back to life
