    The way I've been doing it is hit the Home button, then tap the Miiverse icon. Whatever screen was showing when you hit Home, you can select and use as a screenshot.

    No problem at all. I think it works that way with most 3DS games to post to miiverse. Although I think there are a handful of games that don't allow screenshots. Anyway, glad I could help!
