    It exists in X and Y in Lumiose City, but it can only be seen, not battled. You can sometimes see it in Botique Couture. Other than that, its only in the Gen 1 games.

    No. If you look into Boutique Couture's enterence at the right angle, you will see a Missingno. This may be a glitch or an easter egg, nobody really knows. If you can't see it, you can Google it.
