    It depends on the Pokémon. Fast physical Pokémon benefit from Adamant or Jolly, while slow special tanks prefer natures like Quiet or Bold.

    Like what Ryan said, the best natures for a pokemon are based on their stats. Each pokemon has their own stats that are unique to that type of pokemon. Umbreon for example has high defense, special defense and HP stats so those will always be high while it has a low speed, attack and special attack stat
