    no i mean how do you know if you can come across a rare or legendary pokemon and can pokemon be traded over omegaa ruby and alpha saphirre ? and can i trade with anyone around world also ?

    Yes, that's what the PSS is for. You can trade with Passerbys, Acquaintances, and Friends, or use the GTS if you're searching for something specific. You can trade from OR to AS.

    You know if it's a legendary because you just can't catch it anywhere. For example, Terrakion, Cobalion, and Virizion are all located in the Mirage on pathless plain, which if you don't have the eon flute, you can't get to it. You know it's rare if you use DexNav and it has an exclamation point over the silhouette of the pokemon.
