    You just said the word "event". That in of itself should already say "rare". I still have the Gamestop Shiny Raikou and Suicune. And Ash's Pikachu. All gotten frm the respective areas needed to obtain them. Not showing off but you should know that event pokemon are rare. However that is an old event pokemon. So yes that specific event pokemon may be indeed quite rare.

    Also seriously? No one should be proud of having a Pikachu that can use the HM Fly. It just shows that people like to hack their games. Its nothing super huge. Its nothing new. Hacking has been around for years. Ever since the original Red, Blue and Green games. And in my opinion...I detest hacking a pokemon game. It leaves a massive empty feeling inside.....unnatural and not immersive.

    It doesn't really feel like they are truly yours. Like you worked for it. I hacked my diamond version and it left a nasty feeling with me ever since. So ever since then I promised I would never hack anything related to games.
