すいません、関係ない話なのですが、私の家族の一部が、大声で会社に電話でクレームしてるんですけど。 口下手なくせに。 ちょっとむかつきます。 まあ、クレームは大事ですが、電話を受けている人がかわいそうすぎます・・・。 それでやんじゃう人とかいますから。 超大声で質問攻めしてます。 家族としてとてもとても恥ずかしいです。

    苦情受付係の人はクレーム内容のみを真剣に聞き取り、客の感情的な言葉には反応しないような性格の人を採用しているので心配しなくていいよ～
