oh my gosh...UU teir is so awesome! I just looked at it and found out that it includes so many pokemon I love! Porygon2, Rotom-H, Monferno, Absol, Quagsire! I need to look into a UU team. it will be amazing...

    @ciller it is an underused team meaning very few people use pokemon in the underused tier and also means it is rarely used online

    it is a competitive tier listing. I am using the Smogon tier but I believe there are other organizations that do this. it is basically a listing of pokemon from most used to least used. UU is "under used". it is second to best tier used in tourneyments.

    actually UU is a pretty common I'd say. just not a team full of them. RU (rarely used) and NU (never used) are the really rare ones to be seen.
