WT is Wonder Trade. Wonder Trade and the GTS will not accept Pokémon holding event ribbons. All Arceus that can be transferred to Generation VI hold an event ribbon. This also applies for Celebi and some other Event Legendaries (known as Mythical Pokémon). However, such Pokémon can still be exchanged through Link Trade (selecting a person on the PSS and trading that way).

I'm not sure exactly which ones, but yes. I also discovered that some Pokémon cannot be traded even without an event ribbon. I'm not sure which ones, but Darkrai is one of them.
