I know! Try using the GTS! Here are the Pokemon you need. Fennekin, Vanillite, Snorlax and Snivy. Oddish and Ralts can be caught in specific Routes in the game. Oddish is found next to Verdanturf, and Ralts is found next to Petalburg. Very easy to find them if using the DexNav.

u need to Gts for him and then breed Fennekin, Vanillite, Snivy and Snorlax without full incense and catch an Oddish and hunt for ★Ralts. That's what I recommend.
