    Well... that's an unfair offer because Phione can breed and it's not really a Legend, just a Pseudo Pokemon like Spiritomb.

    I disagree on the "Psuedo" part, however it being able to breed is something I highly agree on. This is a very unfair trade considering Phione is able to breed meaning it can be mass produced by two ways, Ditto with Manaphy or Ditto with Phione. Even if you was after Xerneus, Yveltal, or Zygaurde, Phione in my book and plenty others like me wouldn't even label it worthy for Shiny Fish. Sorry guy.
