go to top left corner, inspect the cabinet, open a menu option like bag or save. when you close menu there will be a spiritomb behind you wanting to battle. catch it if you need it.

Go to the bookshelf and SAVE! Then read the report on the bookshelf that talks about someone losing the Odd Keystone. After that, go to your bag, go back out of it again, and Spiritomb is behind you. If you fail to catch it, just soft-reset and as soon as the game starts Spiritomb is there.

You can battle Spiritomb in this chamber. Just talk to the piece of furniture in the top left corner, go through the text, then look into your bag and go back out and Spiritomb should appear behind you :)

If you have the scanner give to man at slateport shipyard and go under the water and go to bottom room and you can catch lugia if you have α sapphire
