    Said pokemon has to be fully EV trained. You can use the super training menu to see if it is or not. If the pokemon is fully trained, the bar of the right will be completely full and there will be a muscular body symbol in the top right. You can EV train pokemon by battling pokemon or by completing super training tasks or by feeding it vitamins
