Wally is much better than the current nice rivals. Wally is at first weak, but he then turns into a powerful trainer. He KO'd my team after my Pokemon were tired from Victory Route with his cool but repetitive theme and his Pokemon. The rivals now are friendly, but I don't dislike them. I just don't care about them.
