    Unless GameFreak makes some kind of event for it, there is no possible way to have both the Mach Bike and Acro Bike at the exact same time.

    you get both bikes by finding 3 people while riding a certain bike. you can talk to a guy at battle resort with either bike, a hex maniac at the top of a mach bike hill on the sandstorm route, and a bird trainer past some acro bike rails up top of the waterfall on route...I think 121. left side of fortree.

    after talking to all those people (they disspear after talking to them and leaving the route) go talk to riddle and he will thank you for advertising his bikes and give you the other bike. then you can get the TM in safari zone (its a good one ;)

    T-T that isn't quite true, as there is no Biker at the Battle Resort. I know because I remember what NPCs I talk to, and the only ones (apart from the Battle Resort intro) I've spoken to have been Looker, the Move Tutors, and the Judge...
