    Depends on which Primal Reverts last. If Groudon,Groudon wins. If Kyogre,Kyogre wins. If Mega Rayquaza comes,GG Groudon and Kyogre.

    kyogre would beat rayquaza because he knows ice types and sheer cold. groudon would be defeated by rayquaza because he is not as fast and a draco meteor would will. in the end it depends on:NATURE,IVS, WEATHER, a nd MOVES.
