Oh yeah, it's Pokémon's 20th anniversary next year! Awesome! I wonder what they'll do for it? Oh yeah, probably something Pikachu related. Excuse me while I go and forget about it again.

@Ethan What Eevee said! Pokémon Red and Green were released in Japan in February 1996! Where did the time go, huh? @Elizabeth What Kate said! I strongly doubt they'll remake the forst games for a second time, especially after Kanto appeared in HeartGold and SoulSilver. To be honest, I'd quite like a massive main-series Pokémon Wii U game! How awesome wouls that be?

@Eevee Ah, but it's not me I'm worried about! I've pretty much given in to the fact I'm never gonna get a Wii U, so I'm just wishing things for other people's enjoyment! It's not like I should dictate what games other people get!

@Eevee My parents haven't leg me have one for this long... I doubt this year will change that, what with having to pay for driving lessons and the like. @Eevee/Jack19 Why would they do it? Having a Pokémon game on the Wii U would allow for a much larger, grander, nicer-looking Pokémon game than any we've ever had before! ...with online multiplayer?

I'd love a new Pokémon game for Wii U that would be kind of like Coliseum and XD: Gale of Darkness. It'd be so pretty in HD, and there could be online...;w; Pokémon's 20th anniversary is next year?! My goodness. I feel old. xD

@Melissa Oh! Of course! I need to buy those games! Thanks for reminding me! I first played Pokémon by sheer chance as a totally random game I picked up when I was 7! I've still got that copy of Ruby. Even though I was too young to know about the first two generations, I really got into the history of the series, and yes, I do feel old yet incredibly nostalgic now the remakes are out!

You're welcome. xD They're great games! Love the battle themes. :D Your first game was Ruby? So was mine! I didn't play it until I was 9-10ish. I had convinced myself that Pokémon was for boys lol, but my brother bought Ruby on sale and said I could play it if I paid for it. The rest is history. xD

@Melissa When I got Ruby, I was just starting to play games for the first time, so I didn't know what a good game consisted of - I just bought them based on the box. Genuinely. Pokémon was one of those games. What a lucky strike, huh?

I just want another Colosseum/XD, those games had some interesting characters, some amazing music and I liked the idea of catching other people's Pokémon, plus Orre was a great region to explore that had a lot of variety, from deserts to rundown cities, to quiet villages in the mountains

i distanced myself away from pokemon when the sinnoh saga began, so i missed out on diamond/pearl/platinum. black was what got me back on2 pokemon tho, and now my eyes r firmly set on platinum :D
