    If it's a mega alakazam for example yes it it good because it increases it higher more usable special attack but lowers the lower the extremely low physical attack but if mega aerodactyl had it, it would be bad because it lowers its stronger physical attack and raises its lower special attack by 10% if a mega aerodactyl adamant this is an example also Google about natures hope this helps.
