ivs are known as individual values and are needed for an increase in a stat to check the ivs you talk to the ace trainer in the pokemon center in the battle resort lets say that a magikarp has ivs in attack and speed (rubbish example) at lv.100 it will have a random boost in that stat from either 0-31 31=perfect iv 0=no iv

Yeah, but she went VERY defensive. Without being able to see body language and tone of voice, the only sign of innocence and guilt is text. Defensive text becomes proper, has an emotional sense, and gives a assumption of fury. Valerie had all of that. Chris simply said 'um' and 'nope' simple improper phrases. I got a Blissey base,so come tommorow and I'll be able to grind easily! I'll try find Lucky Eggs and level up my EXP O-Power until then.

Some players have 3 Blissey on their Base team,and post QR codes on the Internet. People use them for extreme grinding. Beating one can get a level 1 Pokemon to level 50+,even without Lucky Eggs or EXP O-Powers. (Most of them are made as easy to beat as possible,like giving them only Healing Wish.)
