    Yes there is. It is shiny charm, but it is key item and can't be traded. Only way to get it is complete national pokedex.

    Shiny plus shiny unfortunately doesn't guarantee shiny. You can raise the odds by making one of the pokemon foreign. For example, if you wanted a shiny Ralts, you could breed a normal Ralts from your own game with a normal Ralts from an Italian game (as I did). A foreign pokemon will have a box next to its name indicating where it came from (JPN for Japan, for example).

    Breeding a shiny with a shiny does not guarantee a shiny offspring. Odds would be 1 in 8,000 or so.
