There are some event Pokémon on the GTS, why?

Hackers. GTS has been broken since shiny Jirachi in X/Y. They tried to fix it, but the hackers keep putting stuff back in. True events cannot be GTS traded.

Also, I found a guy offering a Celebi with no name at all, and his avatar had no face, he's a hacker as well?

Yeah. Hackers did that too. No event pokemon up there are legitimate. Part of the reason I don't trade for them. Other part is they usually ask for other events which cannot legally be traded there.

Then I think my Genesect is legit, I got it from a friend and I cannot trade it over the GTS.
