    Effort Value. Points that are earned that help increase a certain stat after beating a Pokémon. You can have total 510 EV's (Only 508 are useful) and up to 252 on any one stat. Every 4 EV's gained means a star boost of one. Super training can help you give specific EV's to your pokemon.
