    you have to find a scanner on new mauvile and go underwater and just keep pressing a and then go to the sciencetist that is looking for it and he will tell you to see someone and go 2 them and they will give u an item then go back to new mauvile the ship and there should be a mysterious hoop and ho-oh will appear advice save just before u fight it so that if u kill it u can exit out of Ω ruby
