    In addition to that, If the person has some flags, invite them to stay at your base then go to your base and talk to them. If they've found any flags for that day, they will give them to you. After that, you can tell them to leave and then recruit 5 more trainers and repeat over and over. You can get around 70+ flags a day if you're lucky
