    hmmmm...... that could be a connection issue. i'm not sure if it's your computer or club nintendo, i would advise you keep trying, or try again in a few days. i do warn you though, i don't know how much longer you have, so i advise checking the club nintendo discontinuation news. it's on the top of the site.
