    I had realized that flaw thats why on windfall.Tried to save,but it deleted all my items and started the dungeon all over again.

    In the N64 version, Song of Time was the ONLY way to (permanently) Save, and as such, Saving was usually a Final Hours activity if you're not finished clearing the dungeons.
