    With max friendship? just to be sure have it eat one of them befriending berries like pomeg, but I advice Kelpsy(-atk) for an espeon... If it says it has no effect then your maxed in friendship... But if it says it becomed friendly then its not maxed out... Just test it out for sure! That or you have it holding an Everstone...

    Yeah I didn't mean to sound rude eather, sorry. I have my pokemon boock with me so I have the answer. Level up eevee with high friendship in the morning,afternoon or evening. But if you cant wate for any of these times just change your Ds time. Hope this helps!
