Not sure is this is permanent, but these are the locations I found the Bombers at: 1. The leader Jim is in the same place behind a tree on the north side 2. In a crate at the Laundry Pool 3. Same place in West Clock Town 4. In a crate in the south part of town 5. On top of the Stock Pot Inn
