@Alejandro, Well I don't think that even if they love each other, Link and Zelda don't get together in every single reincarnation. And we don't really know what exactly happens after MM. The only thing that we know is that Link was able to get married to someone and have children/grand children [eventually leading to TP Link], and eventually he became the Hero's Shade.

Even in Hyrule Warriors, Link shows very little of his love interest, even though it is implied to be with Zelda. There are 2 cutscenes, but those were 2 VERY small things. The first one was nothing more than prolonged eye contact! But again, we have no idea what happens after Hyrule Warriors, either. So we really don't know, unless if they make a sequel. Hyrule Warriors 2, anyone???

@thehero, I am aware that she is not cannon. I stated that "if she was cannon" when I posted this, as well as telling other people earlier in the comments. This is a "If Cia became cannon in the future, could she be the Goddess of Time theory" type of theory. :)

@RailGun, lol Alejandro is correct. But again; it happens in conversations! And I don't know what to expect when it comes to Zelda U. We have little to no story details about it! But I'm very excited for it! And I purchased the Hero of Hyrule pack. I heard that there will be some sort of a new type of scenerio? I also heard that we get new costumes for Cia, Lana, Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf!

@Alejandro, Yes, we are starting to get off topic again lol. But if we were all speaking to each other in person, I wouldn't care if we got off topic. That's what a conversation is! The only reason I keep telling people to stay on topic is because I would like to hear what other people think of the "Cia theory" as well. But I am enjoying all of our multiple conversations with everyone too lol.

Also, in the game, they never tell us what Cia's clan is called! Lana mentions their clan to everyone twice in the game, but she never actually names it.

@RailGun, And if Cia were to be cannon, then surely her clan might be cannon as well. Where do they live? Why are they hiding(if they were to become cannon, they must be hiding somewhere, because they have to come from somewhere!)? And how many of them are their? Why did they choose Cia to be The Guardian/Goddess of Time? lol These are important questions!

@Joshua, Haha This is true! XD I guess you're right! I love Zelda theories, though! And I've never heard of anyone really talk about this "Cia theory" at all, or if it was even an existing theory before now, so I got excited lol. We'll just have to see what the future brings! :D

@RailGun, Well, "immortal" can mean a few things; 1. Will live forever, unless slain in battle. 2. Will never die no matter what. I think Cia and the members of her clan are either immortal, but can be slain in battle, OR, they are not immortal, but they do have longer lifespans than the average Hylian. The Guardian of Time would have to live a long life in order to retain all of that information.

@RailGun, Also, Cia saw the Era of Twilight, Ocarina of Time, etc. through her crystal ball. She was (probably) not alive yet during those eras. If she WAS there from the begining, Cia may very well be tens of thousands of years old! Since we don't know anything about her clan, of course, these are theories as well. But I think that Cia wasn't the very first Guardian of Time.

@RailGun, Also in the Hyrule Warriors guide book, it says that Cia "was born into the family responsible for guarding the triforce", so her (probably female) ancestors must have been the Guardians of Time before her. And when Cia was born, the line was obviously passed on to her.

@RailGun, Hmmm.... Well, since that is one of the things that make the Gerudo clan unique, I would like to say no. I think that maybe there are both males and females in her clan, BUT, perhaps only females are allowed to become the Guardian of Time? But I really have no idea. I'm really going off of absolutely no information whatsoever. This is just an idea!

@RailGun, I know! Isn't it great! :D To answer some questions, but create new ones at the same time!!! Adding Cia to the main cannon would do exactly that! I actually made a post a long while ago about an idea of Cia being cannon. While there are most likely people who disagree with me, I think adding Cia to the main cannon would be a good idea.

@RailGun, Ooh! That didn't even cross my mind! I think that they're just costumes, but I like that theory! It's very interestng. The only thing is... didn't the Happy Mask Salesman say that everyone in the clan died (or something like that)? Or am I just thinking things?

@Joshua and @RailGun, Well it's just another theory abot the Happy Mask Salesman. I honestly don't think that Cia is from Termina though. However, what IS interesting is that both the Hylians and Terminians(?) know of the Goddess of Time. So, perhaps Cia does have some sort of connection to Termina! Another thing is Lana's Sorceress Tome looks like it could be from the Astral Observatory!

@RailGun, Oh, and if there is a Hyrule Warriors 2, and Lana is in it, do you think that she would have the same moveset and weapons? I've heard that the Dynasty Warriors series loves making sequels.

@Joshua, I really have no idea. I only heard that the series likes sequels, but I don't know if it was true for spinoffs. I also heard that Hyrule Warriors is appearently the best selling game that they've ever made. If this is true then there very well may be a sequel to this. Or maybe even a prequel, and we may even see the actual Guardian of Time Cia! We could see what her personality was like!

@Ganon, Tingle's games were created by Nintendo (I think). He's very popular in Japan! This game was created by Koei Techmo with Nintendo's supervision. So, it really depends on if Koei wants to make a sequel, unless if Nintendo asks them to.

@RailGun, Me too! Lana and Cia are my favorite characters in this game, for many reasons (like their backstory), but I just love the fact that they're sorceresses! I always loved sorcery. And that book is amazing!!!

@RailGun, You mean like if she were to be cannon? Well, if Cia could be cannon and be the Goddess/Guardian of Time in the main timeline, then I think that Lana would probably be somewhat cannon as well! And 3 friends is better than 2 as long as they're both true friends... or should I say... True Partners!!! (Lol get it?)

I'd love to hear it! Theorizeing with others about Zelda related things is my favorite! So many possibilities...

@Hero1337, Like thehero said, you might want to use a wiki. Also, The Hyrule Warriors game guide has some backround info inside it along with concept art. Besides Hyrule Warriors takes place in an alternate universe to the main Zelda timeline, as said by Eiji Aonuma. Multiple wikis say that Hyrule Warriors is flat out non-cannon, but I think ambiguously-cannon would be more correct.

@Hero1337, No the Goddess of Time isn't mentioned in HH nor OoT. But she is mentioned at least twice in MM. The first time is by Zelda in the flashback. The second time is by Tatl. Lol And of course it wouldn't mention Cia. Majora's Mask came out back in 2000 (or around that time)! Hyrule Warriors probably even a thought in anyone's head at that time! HH came out before HW as well.

Hero1337, And I know. It was just a thought. But I'm still pretty sure that Eiji Aonuma said that Hyrule Warriors exists in a seperate dimension to the main cannon. It was a while ago. I think it was just before HW came out.

Hero1337, Even though HW is, well, non-cannon as the wikis put it, it's still a great game wether it's apart of the main timeline or not! :D I think that's something we can agree on! I'm a little confused though, why the Zelda mangas count as ambiguously cannon and Hyrule Warriors cannot be ambiguously cannon too.

@Joshua, No, I agree with you! It would mess some things up, unless you want to get complicated (like the Multiverse Theory). I understand where you're comming from. This was just a thought.

@Hero1337, Why she only draws monsters from the past? Well, if HW was cannon we don't know where it would take place. If it takes place before OoT, for example, the darknuts would actually be from the future in that case. Honestly, I think HW would take place after TP. In Lana's visit to the TP universe, she says "So this is what Hyrule looked like when Twilight invaded it... Fascinating...".

@Hero1337, That would mean that the invasion of Twilight was a past event. It already happened. As to why Cia wouldn't summon future monsters in this case is rather simple: we don't know of any enemies beyond TP. Yes, there's 4 swords, but the art style isn't the same.
