    You have to speak with 4 trainer, in all hoenn but I don´t remembr where they are, -in the battle resort -in the desert the other two... :/

    3 npcs actually. One at north end of route 119 above the waterfall. One at north side of the desert area, and one in the Battle Resort. 119 one requires Acro and desert requires Mach.
