    I dont know what activates it, but when you go through the woods you should see her flying around looking for her sister. Maybe try on the second day. Then talk to her again after finding her sister.

    no your not. you go to the lost woods and follow a monkey that monkey will show you the sister. Talk to her then after that go back to the portion shop and talk the sister in blue who will give you a red bottle. After that go to the lost woods and give her the red bottle and then that it. \^_^
