    You need the Bremen Mask. Go to Romani Ranch and there's this place with this weird guy and you have to play this minigame thing to get the bunny hood

    Get the Bremen Mask from Guru-Guru at the laundry pool in Clock Town, then use a powder keg to get to Romani Ranch. Go to the Cucco Shack and get all ten baby Cuccos to follow you while marching with the Bremen Mask, and the dude sitting in the middle of the shack will give you the bunny hood
