Hop on to the next platform That goes side to side, you can make it with rolling off that platform. You can also walk on The axel and wait for the other platform. If youre going for fairies as well, there's 2 here. 1 will be on top as a chest and the other will be there in a small opening where the 2nd platform is, you can reach both with the hookshot.
