    Ok, on the 2nd Day, go to the top floor of the Stock Pot Inn, go to the 3rd room on the top floor. Talk to the Circus leader while wearing his mask, he'll tell you to go get some milk from his brothers in the afternoon, go talk to them in the afternoon with his mask on, they'll make it, then take it to back to him within 2 minutes.

    No. There were multiple ways to get that glitch in the N64, but doing the easiest one doesn't work anymore.

    I don't remember. The only other glitch that I haven't tried yet was the Epona glitch, or the use any item on Epona glitch. I'll try it and tell you if it'll work or not.
