Hmm... well it's usually daytime in every level except Royal Road. I know one of the Royal Road stages has a HAL room.

There's a HAL room in the first stage just after fighting Giant Edge in the really windy place. Run past the door to the edge of the screen then fly up. There's a moon up there that you can enter like a door. (And yes, I'm aware that I said 'there' a lot)

i found one in the first level its this go in the part of the guy with boomerang and keychain touch the end end and go back to start new star go left untill down
