    Its on top of the clear pipe you ride in the middle of the level, so jump on top of it and walk instead of riding the pipe.

    It's on top of the clear pipe at the checkpoint in World 6-1 Clear Pipe Cruise. You might want to play as Peach or Have a Super Bell on you or in you're inventory If you don't have one well, ''DIE!!!!!!!!!!!''
