The cop in the background is doinga spinny roll thing. LOL! Also, I like to plaay a little game called "Po Po escalation." Pretty much you just get a cop to chase you, and then proced to slam into a lot of cops thus getting "SP" and increasing your "Heat Level." When you like the amount of "SP" you have gathered, make a clean get away to come out of the chase A LOAD richer then you were earlier!!
