YES! Now I can thaw my way in to get a powder keg certification, then buy a powder keg, then use the powder keg to get to the ranch. then help them out to free Epona, then redo the entire Anju/Kafei quest to help Kafei steal back his mask and then the sidequest that took me a decade on N64 is complete!!!!!
