Sp Atk, Spd, and Atk ehh? Well you'd have to breed a garchomp with another, making sure one has an EV in either of the three. Give one or both a power item or Destiny Knot. Then try to get one with EVs in those. All requires patience.

well the garchomp with 5ivs i already breeded. So now I'm just working out the moveset
